Day 2

I swam pretty much the same workout today.  The notable deltas:

Lungs:  Way better already
Chest Pain:  Went away completely as I expected
Wrist:  A bit worse but probably won't become a problem
Elbow:  Far worse, could become a problem
Shoulder:  Far better, most important thing

Now it's time for a 12 hour poker session and a midnight LAX pickup.
