The schedule I am on is to wake up early to middle afternoon, be domestic or social then and in the evening, and hit the cardroom from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM. I try to get home and into bed before the sun rises. AND, not long after I get up, I make a point of going out for a walk in the daylight.
